Crosswinds of Farmington Hills is located in the northwest corner of the City of Farmington Hills, Michigan. 
The community entrance is accessed from 14 Mile Road, just east of Haggerty Road.

Our community was constructed in 1985/86 time frame and has a total of 27 buildings comprising 216
individual units. 

Architecturally, each building is comprised of 8 individual units – 4 Ranch style and 4 Townhouse style.
Each Unit has a designated detached garage or carport. Community amenities include a pool & cabana,
2 tennis courts, and access to private nature trial.

There are multiple retailers, restaurants, and pharmacies located within a 0.75 mile radius; which is also
accessible by sidewalks. Access to M-5 highway (Haggerty Connector) is approximately 0.5 mile west of
Haggerty Road which proves convenient access to I-96, I-275, I-696 interstates. Bike/walking trails along
M-5 also link to the I-275 Metro Trail system.
